Communications Strategy and Customers Satisfaction Surveys for Dushanbe Vodokanal, (DVK), Tajikistan Second Dushanbe Water Supply Project (DWSP-2)



Developed a three-year DVK Communications Strategy, in support of DVK’s objectives for improved service, financial viability and customer accountability.

Developed the action plan for the Communications Strategy implementation, including timeframes, descriptions of outreach methods & instruments to be used, indicators for monitoring purposes, responsibilities of DVK staff members toward actions, cost estimates and sources of financing.

Developed a Manual for DVK Communications and Public Outreach that will guide DVK with future operations.
